Measuring and ordering for a Lazy Susan application depends on the installation type you plan on using.
If you are replacing doors, and plan on installing the same way, just measure the existing doors.
If you are changing the installation type, or if this is a "new construction," there are 3 types of installation:
- "Butt Joint" - where one door is hinged to the cabinet box, and the other sits on top of the other.
- Attaching doors to the Lazy Susan - Measuring like the "Butt Joint," but subtracting for the reveal so the doors will swing into the cabinet.
- Bi-fold doors - This would require knowing what hinge is being used to join the doors, so you can use the specifications of the hinge to get proper measurements.
Once you have decided on the installation type, entered the measurements of the doors, and added the doors to your cart; just let us know which doors are for Lazy Susan cabinet.
The best way to do this is to provide the dimensions of the cabinet doors to be made for a Lazy Susan. For example, "Please make the doors that are 20" x 28", and 18" x 28" for a Lazy Susan."
